3 apples cut and cored
1 banana broken into a few pieces
4 soft pitted dates cut in quarters
1/4 cup of water
sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. I made this recipe last week and it was great! Even the hubby ate a huge bowl.
Serves - 2 (large portions)
