I LOVE bananas!!



OK I am in love..... with my new *snack*. If you know me at all, then you know I love anything banana flavored however, I find that if I eat a plain banana I am usually hungry immediately afterwards. So this recipe adds a little twist to satisfy your sweet tooth, its super easy and a healthy option for dessert or a sweet snack.
Slice 1 banana lengthwise and place on a backing sheet (I line the pan with aluminum foil to make clean up easy). Then sprinkle lightly with light brown sugar and broil for 3 minutes. Once done remove from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!!
