Ingredients
Pre-cooked polenta
Coconut oil
Sea salt
- Dice polenta into one-inch cubes and fry until lightly browned and crispy.
- Drain polenta croutons on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Season the croutons with a pinch or two of sea salt.
